Sales take place in three stages:
A booking agreement is concluded with any client who has found their desired home. The agreement is valid for two weeks. The booking fee is 5,000 euros.
The purchase and sale contract which are required under the terms of the law of obligations is concluded if construction work on the house has not yet been completed. Along with the aforementioned contract the buyer pays 30% of the purchase price.
An actual rights contract which transfers full ownership of the house to the buyer is signed and the buyer pays the remaining 70% of the purchase price.
The contract price includes:
House readiness according to the project and interior finishing table.
A fee for installing utility networks (electricity, water and sewerage feeds) and connecting them.
Landscaping and road laying as per the project documentation
Terraces, sheds and two parking spaces under the car pavilion *
Fireplace readiness
* House No 1 comes with two parking spaces on a unistone pavement instead of car pavilions
The contract price does not include:
The notary fee or state fee for concluding the sales agreement.
The accession fee for connection to a telephone service provider, data communications, a cable TV network, or an alarm system
